We're setting a culture that is intentional and invitational, but what does that look like?

Open-Arms, non-exclusive

You're celebrated when you enter the room. All women are welcomed with open arms at any and all Rove and Frolic events. This world can be cruel enough; let's create and nurture a space that's safe, fun and welcoming to all women from all walks of life.

curious & courageous

We're women who are adventurous and curious about the world and people around us. We are women who take risks, make mistakes and learn from them and are courageous enough to try again. Making friends in a big city can be daunting, but we're brave and bold enough to try and to step out into new and unknown spaces.

beauty in vulnerability

True connection comes from shared experiences, quality time and vulnerability. We are women who create safe spaces for others to be exactly who they are -- no need to wear a mask. There is true strength and beauty in being vulnerable and unapologetically you.

and finally ... just have fun!

This isn't some exclusive or elite social club; this is a community of women looking to make true friends and have some fun while doing it. Rove and Frolic's socials and trips are designed to create intentional, lasting friendships all while helping you discover new places and activities.

How do we create this culture?

A friend once said to me, "When you walk into a room, think not what you can take but what you can give." If we all came together with the intention of giving, whether it be a smile, a hug, a warm welcome ... how much sweeter would everything be?
